Studio Terms and Conditions
(Loule, Algarve)

1. Booking and Class Payments

  • All classes must be pre-booked through our online system or by contacting the studio directly.

  • Class passes and membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Passes are valid for a set period from the date of purchase.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking for individual classes or when starting a membership or class package.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made by 6pm the day before the scheduled class. Cancellations after 6pm or on the same day will result in the loss of the session.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full class fee or have the class deducted from the class pass.

  • If the studio cancels a class, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the class.

3. Memberships and Class Pass Expiry

  • Memberships are billed monthly and cannot be paused or canceled mid-term.

  • Class passes have an expiration date (e.g., 8-class passes expire after 3 months). Unused classes cannot be carried forward unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Studio Etiquette

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before class to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may not be admitted if the class has already begun.

  • Please respect the studio environment and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Health and Safety

  • Clients must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or special needs prior to class.

  • By attending the class, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical exercise. The studio and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during participation.

6. Refunds and Transfers

  • Payments for memberships, class packages, or individual classes are non-refundable.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons), class passes may be extended at the discretion of the studio.

7. Personal Belongings

  • The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please store personal belongings in designated areas.

8. COVID-19 Policy

  • In the event of a temporary studio closure due to COVID-19, memberships will be paused, and clients will not be charged during the closure.

  • Clients are required to adhere to any COVID-19 safety measures set by the studio, including wearing masks and maintaining social distancing where applicable.
