Small-group Reformer Pilates retreats in the Algarve. Morning Pilates, good food, genuine rest.
Retreat places go quickly, the last one sold out. Join the waitlist and you'll hear about new dates before anyone else.
These retreats are small. Usually 8 to 12 people. Victoria leads the Pilates sessions herself. The days have structure, morning practice, guided activity, free time, but they're not rigid.
The accommodation is always a proper villa or quinta, somewhere that feels like a home, not a hotel. Meals are shared and made from local ingredients. The evenings are quiet.
There are no packed schedules, no back-to-back workshops, no performance. Just good Pilates, good company, and space to actually decompress.
Victoria started running retreats because clients kept asking what it would be like to do Pilates somewhere beautiful, for a few days in a row. The answer turned out to be: exactly as good as you'd imagine.
People who actually need a break. The groups are small, capped at 12, and the Pilates suits all levels, with modifications available, so you can go at your own pace. You get your own room, somewhere quiet to come back to at the end of each day. If a proper rest is overdue, this is it.
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
"Victoria's Pilates retreat was unlike anything I've done before. The combination of morning Pilates, stunning scenery, and genuine rest was exactly what I needed. Can't recommend it enough."

"A truly special few days. Small group, beautiful setting, and Victoria makes sure everyone feels looked after. Already planning to come back for the next one."
