Your first-visit guide →Our Almancil studio is set up for small group Reformer Pilates. You have your own machine, with an instructor who explains each movement and helps you adjust the equipment.
Choose from four class formats, with morning and selected evening sessions. Check the live timetable for current times. Private sessions are available by arrangement.
A small team of qualified instructors, founded and led by Victoria Barton, who holds a Polestar Pilates Diploma and has taught since 2013. Your instructor helps you build strength, practise unfamiliar movements and progress at your own pace.

So many of the people I teach play golf. I often hear that their lower back aches during or after a round, or that their swing just isn’t what it used to be.
I want to give those conversations more time. That’s why I’m introducing golf assessments and Pilates for golfers classes at the studio.

Everything you need to know before your first class.
No. Reformer & Tower and Open Reformer welcome beginners. Dynamic Reformer is for people with experience. Let your instructor know it is your first class.
Deliberately small. Every class is kept small enough for your instructor to give proper attention to everyone in the room, with your own Reformer machine for the whole session.
We're inside Edificio Doza on Av. 5 de Outubro 143 in Almancil. Best parking is the Pingo Doce car park, about a 3-minute walk.

Comfortable workout clothes. Grip socks are required, you can buy them at the studio if you don't have any.
