Victoria has been teaching Reformer Pilates now for 10 years and is still absolutely in love with everything about it. She first discovered Reformer Pilates whist teaching Yoga at Reformer Pilates studio in Sydney. Regularly attending the classes, it changed her physically and mentally for the better. Feeling so incredible with Reformer Pilates she decided to take her first teacher training course in 2013. Her love of Pilates then just skyrocketed so she completed a Mat Pilates course with Polestar Pilates, then went onto to complete the Diploma of Studio Pilates. After teaching on all of the Pilate’s equipment for many years, she had her favourite, and that was the Reformer. The strength you gain, the flexibility improvements, the fun you have and how it makes you feel amazing. For Victoria it's never just been about the exercises on the Reformer, it's how through consistent and regular movement it can change your life for the better.

Finna is a nature and animal lover from Ireland. From her early 20s she put great importance on fitness and looking after her body, trying all different forms of exercise, and, enjoying most! Along the way she found Pilates... she was obsessed! It was the controlled, focused, breathwork exercise that she needed. In 2018, she turned her passion for Pilates into her career- and began teaching! Getting her diploma in classical mat Pilates Teaching and followed that up with the Reformer Pilates training in Dublin. She continue to learn more about the body everyday! Her goal as a movement professional is to help you feel better in your body, as you learn and perfect the practice of Pilates. She looks forward to bringing you a fun and focused class!
She is a long-time fitness lover who decided to turned her passion for Pilates into a Profession! Originally from Australia, although she has spent the past decade in London, where she had her two children. She moved to Portugal in 2022, where she shortly begun training at the Reformer Pilates Algarve Studio and soon after signed up to train to be a Pilates Teacher.
Movement is her therapy, and she can’t wait to help others find joy in their new found strength through Pilates.
Adi discovered Pilates and immediately loved the discipline and benefits of the practice. After years of taking lessons and learning the Pilates method, she made the decision to go through the training process to become an instructor. She completed the Comprehensive Instructor training with Weingate Institute in Tel Aviv in 2019. Her deep appreciation for the mind-body connection of Pilates has allowed my understanding that the body cannot go where the mind has not been. Adi looks forward to working with clients privately and in groups and she is committed to helping clients reach their fitness goals and discover the benefits of Pilates. Adi holds a masters degree in business and finance from the Wharton School. She currently works as an investor relations advisor with several Public companies.

We are located here. There is parking around the studio. However for ease you can also park at Continete car park and walk over, its approximately a 2 minute walk.
No, we don´t.
Yes you can! We don´t have supervised childcare but there is an area for them to sit and play. There are some toys and colouring books.
Payments for sessions, passes, classes and workshops in any amount are non-refundable. Bookings can be changed or canceled through your account up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class without a penalty. If you do not attend a booked class or make the cancellation within 12 hours of the class date/time, the credit will be taken from your class pass that you purchased.
Yes, you most certainly can. Simply send an email to email@example.com and we will do that for you.
When a class is full, you can book yourself onto the waitlist. You will automatically be placed into the class up to 1 hour before the start time of class and notified via email if and when a spot becomes available. Make sure you keep an eye on your email if you have added yourself to a waitlisted class!
Start with attending at least 3 Open classes. Open classes are suitable for beginners and seasoned Pilates enthusiasts.
An Open class is taught at a slower pace, so if you are new to the machine you'll be guided through the movements and if you have a little more experience expect some progressions to challenge you. Either way you'll have fun, feel great and have a full body workout.
A Dynamic class is taught at a faster pace. Intermediate to advanced exercises aimed to uplift you and challenge you! In order to attend a Dynamic class you need to have prior experience of attending Reformer Pilates classes or at least 3 Open classes recommended. No major injuries or pregnancy.
