The Most Personal Way to Train
In a 1:1 session, my full attention is on you for the entire 50 minutes. Every movement is coached, every correction is immediate, and the whole session is built around your body and what you actually need. Nothing is generic.
Private sessions are brilliant if you're new to Pilates and want to learn the foundations properly before joining a group, if you're coming back after time away, or if you just want to make faster progress than a group class allows.
Sessions are arranged directly with me and priced to reflect the level of attention involved. Just get in touch and we'll have a conversation about what you're looking for.

Why 1:1?
Every session is built around you. Your body, your goals, your starting point. Nothing is generic.
Every body is different. If you're managing something, coming back after time away, or just not sure what your body needs right now, a 1:1 is the best place to start.
One to one attention means corrections happen in real time. Most clients see more progress in a month of private sessions than in six months of group classes alone.
Sessions are arranged directly with Victoria to fit around your schedule. No fixed class times to work around.
