Last updated: July 2026. These terms apply to classes, private sessions, the wellness circuit, and retreats at Reformer Pilates Algarve, and to the use of this website.
Bookings and payment.
- Group classes are booked and paid for through Momence, our online booking platform. The cancellation policy shown at the time of booking applies.
- Class packs have expiry periods, shown at purchase: single class 14 days, 4-class pack 90 days, 8-class pack 90 days, 12-class pack 120 days.
- Private sessions (€80), duets (€100), and private group classes (€200) are arranged directly with the studio and payable as agreed at booking.
- The wellness circuit is booked by arrangement via WhatsApp or email.
- Prices may change; the price shown at the time you book is the price you pay.
Retreats.
A deposit of €550 secures a retreat place, with the balance due as communicated at booking. Payment plans are available. Deposit and cancellation terms for each retreat are confirmed in writing when you book.
Health and safety.
- Please tell Victoria about any injury, medical condition, or pregnancy before your first class and whenever your situation changes, it is the single most important thing you can do for your own safety in the studio.
- Follow the instruction given during sessions and use the equipment only as shown.
- Grip socks are required for all classes and are available to buy at the studio.
- Exercise carries inherent risk. To the extent permitted by Portuguese law, participation is at your own risk; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- If you are unsure whether Reformer Pilates is suitable for you, check with your doctor first, and ask us. If it is not right for you, we will say so.
The wellness circuit.
Some wellness therapies are not suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication that increases light sensitivity, please check with your doctor before booking.

Governing law.
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
