Privacy Policy.

Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains what personal data Reformer Pilates Algarve collects, why, and what your rights are. We keep it as plain as we can.

Who we are.

Reformer Pilates Algarve is a Pilates studio run by Victoria Barton, located at Edificio Doza, Av. 5 de Outubro 143, 8135-100 Almancil, Algarve, Portugal. For anything related to your personal data, contact hello@reformerpilatesalgarve.com.

What we collect and why.

• Contact form and email, when you write to us, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use it to reply to you. The contact form opens your own email app; nothing is stored on this website.
• WhatsApp and phone, if you message or call us, we see your number and messages. We use them to arrange classes and answer questions.
• Bookings, class bookings and payments are handled by Momence, our booking platform. Momence processes your account, booking, and payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Health information you choose to share, if you tell us about an injury or condition so we can teach you safely, we treat that information with particular care and use it only for that purpose.

What this website itself does.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Some content is loaded from third-party services which may receive your IP address when the page loads: Google Fonts (typefaces), Google Maps (the map on our contact page), and Amazon CloudFront (images).

Legal basis.

We process your data to take steps you ask of us (answering enquiries, arranging sessions, contract), to run the studio safely and effectively (legitimate interest), and, for any health information you share, with your consent.

How long we keep it.

Emails and messages are kept as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, and booking records as long as Portuguese tax and accounting law requires. If you stop coming to the studio and ask us to delete your details, we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights.

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and take your data elsewhere. Email hello@reformerpilatesalgarve.com and we will respond within a month. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).

Sharing.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing. Data is shared only with the service providers named above, and only so the studio can operate.
